It was amazing what Van Gogh was able to achieve in just a few short years of of painting. His ability to remain true to his art, even in the absence of any sales at all, was truly remarkable.

Todays art market has so many opportunities for success for the artist who looks for the open doors. I wonder how Theo Van Gogh might have chosen to market Vincent’s art if they were alive today?
